After graduating from the National University of the Philippines Carlos worked on large scale architectural, corporate interior design and hospitality projects in Manila, Saudi Arabia and China

Carlos headed a design and production team for Goudie Associates from 1991 working on multi-storey commercial developments and exclusive facilities for major airlines in the Asian region before managing Goudie Associates Singapore office

As Managing Director he has responsibility for the performance of the Manila office while specializing in Project Management and Construction Documentation
